What is the the A2 Advantage?


Simply stated, the A2 Advantage refers to the type of protein that is in milk. There are basically two types of protein in milk: A1 and A2.


The A1 beta-casein protein is more difficult to digest and may cause some people, who are dairy sensitive, to avoid milk products altogether. All milk in the stores contains some A1 protein unless specified on the label.


On the other hand, A2 protein is VERY digestible. A2 Advantage contains ONLY A2 protein. It is an all natural product, nothing added and nothing taken out. A2 Advantage brings all the good nutrition of whole milk without any side effects of A1 protein. Remember, A2 Advantage is not homogenized and you need to shake the container to mix the cream into the milk before drinking it.
